Raised in rabbit hosts, this unconjugated polyclonal IgG reagent targets RNF125, a RING-finger E3 ubiquitin ligase also referenced as TRAC-1 that negatively regulates T-cell receptor signaling and shapes RIG-I-driven innate immune responses. Supplied by Antibodies.com as a 100 µl liquid aliquot, the antibody is validated for immunofluorescence on human samples and supports studies of ubiquitin-dependent regulatory pathways in immune cells, including T-cell activation, retinoic-acid-inducible gene-I signaling, and viral RNA sensing. The unconjugated format leaves the immunoglobulin free for downstream conjugation to user-selected fluorophores or haptens, allowing flexible integration into multiplexed imaging panels, co-localization experiments with organelle or signaling markers, and counterstaining workflows on cultured mammalian cells or fixed tissue sections. Each vial is intended for single-use aliquoting to limit freeze-thaw cycling, and antigen-affinity purification helps reduce background when probing the endogenous ligase at endogenous expression levels.
