Anti-RND1 Antibody

Produced by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this rabbit polyclonal reagent targets RND1 and is supplied unconjugated in liquid form. It is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and has been tested for reactivity with mouse and rat samples.

The antibody was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 150-232 of human RND1 (NP_055285.1). It is purified by affinity purification and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline at pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 26 kDa. Recommended dilutions are WB: 1:500-1:2,000 and ICC/IF: 1:50-1:200. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. The isotype is IgG.
