Anti-RNASEL Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this reagent is a rabbit polyclonal raised against RNASEL (RNase L). It is presented as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form at a lot-specific concentration, with the target protein reported at a molecular weight of 80 kDa. The antibody is affinity purified and formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 472–741 of human RNASEL (NP_066956.1).

Reactivity covers Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The antibody is recommended for Western blot (WB) at 1:100–1:500 dilution, with immunohistochemistry (IHC) also listed as an application. It ships at 4°C and should be aliquoted on arrival and stored at –20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
