Anti-RNASEH1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody targets RNase H1 (RNH1) and is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. It is unconjugated, of isotype IgG, and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–286 of human RNASEH1 (NP_002927.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a reported molecular weight of 37 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:100–1:200. The concentration is lot specific.

The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles.
