Anti-RNASE13 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal reagent targets RNASE13 (Probable inactive ribonuclease-like protein 13), a member of the ribonuclease family, and is supplied as a 50 µl aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. The antibody was raised in rabbit against a recombinant human RNASE13 immunogen and purified by affinity chromatography using the same immunogen, then provided unconjugated for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC). It detects the endogenous level of total RNASE13 protein and has been validated for reactivity with human, mouse, and rat samples, making it a convenient choice for cross-species studies of this relatively under-characterized ribonuclease. The vial is shipped at 4 °C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve binding activity.
