Anti-RMI1 Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to RMI1, offered by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western blot (WB) applications. The target, also referred to as BLAP75, is detected at a molecular weight of 75 kDa, and the reagent shows reactivity with human and mouse samples. The antibody is supplied unconjugated, with IgG isotype, in liquid form.

It is raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography. The formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The recommended dilution range for WB is 1:200-1:2,000. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-350 of human RMI1 (NP_079221.2).

Storage instructions call for shipment at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles. Concentration is reported as lot specific.
