Anti-RMDN3 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targeting RMDN3 (also known as PTPIP51), supplied as a liquid preparation. The unconjugated IgG reagent was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 171–470 of human PTPIP51/RMDN3 (NP_060615.1), and purified by affinity chromatography.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 60 kDa. Concentration is lot specific; the formulation is Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal.

The product is shipped at 4 °C. Upon delivery, it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
