Anti-RLBP1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this primary antibody is a rabbit polyclonal IgG raised against RLBP1, also known as CRALBP. It is unconjugated, validated for Western blot (WB), and reacts with mouse and rat samples. Supplied as a liquid, affinity-purified preparation, it is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It ships at 4°C and, upon receipt, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1-317 of human CRALBP (NP_000317.1). For Western blot, the antibody is recommended at dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000, and the target has a molecular weight of 36 kDa. A representative validation blot used the antibody at a 1:1,000 dilution with lysates loaded at 25 µg per lane, a Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG H&L (HRP) secondary at 1:10,000, 3% non-fat dry milk in TBST as the blocking buffer, ECL Basic Kit detection, and a 1-second exposure.
