Rit1 is a member of the Ras subfamily of small GTPases involved in intracellular signal transduction, neuronal differentiation, and cellular proliferation. Mutations in the Rit1 gene have been linked to Noonan syndrome, certain leukemias, and other developmental disorders, making it a target of active biomedical research. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against Rit1 and validated for Western blot and ELISA workflows with human and mouse samples. Each vial contains 100 µL of polyclonal antiserum, suitable for detecting endogenous Rit1 expression in lysates prepared from cell lines and tissue specimens. The unconjugated format allows pairing with HRP-, fluorophore-, or biotin-conjugated secondary reagents for chemiluminescent, immunofluorescence, or affinity-based detection methods.
