Anti-RIPK4 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to RIPK4, produced by Antibodies.com, validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 240-520 of human RIPK4 (NP_065690.2), with a reported molecular weight of 92 kDa. It reacts with Human and Mouse samples. Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500-1:2,000 for WB and 1:100-1:200 for IHC. The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity purification. It is shipped at 4°C, and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
