Description
A polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, is supplied unconjugated and directed against RIPK3. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in human RIPK3, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of RIPK3 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. It is validated for Western blot (WB) applications and presented at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with reported purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The expected molecular weight of the target protein is approximately 57 kDa.
