Anti-RIPK3 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets RIPK3 (also referred to as RIP3), a receptor-interacting serine/threonine protein kinase. Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified, the unconjugated IgG reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal [C0][S1][S3].

The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human RIP3 (NP_006862.2). The immunogen sequence is GSLSGLLQSQCPRPWPLLCRLLKEVVLGMFYLHDQNPVLLHRDLKPSNVLLDPELHVKLADFGLSTFQGGSQSGTGSGEPGGTLGYLAPELFVNVNRKAST [S1][S3]. It cross-reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) [C0][S1][S3].

Recommended starting dilutions are 1:500–1:2,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF [S1][S3]. The target is detected at an observed molecular weight of 46–62 kDa [S1][S3]. The product is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided [S1][S3].
