Anti-RIPK2 Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against RIPK2 (also referred to as RIP2). The antibody is unconjugated and of IgG isotype, supplied as a liquid. It is validated for Western blotting (WB) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–280 of human RIPK2 (NP_003812.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 61 kDa. The product is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300, and has been purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. The recommended Western blot dilution range is 1:500–1:1,000.
