Anti-RIPK1 Antibody

From Antibodies.com comes an affinity-purified, unconjugated IgG Rabbit polyclonal antibody specific for RIPK1. The antibody was generated against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 350-450 of human RIPK1/RIP (NP_003795.2) and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunofluorescence (IF), and immunoprecipitation (IP). It reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The reagent is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. Reported molecular weights are 75 kDa and 38 kDa, with lot-specific concentration. Recommended working dilutions are WB at 1:500-1:1,000, IHC at 1:50-1:200, ICC/IF at 1:50-1:200, and IP at 1:50-1:200.
