RIMS4 (Regulating Synaptic Membrane Exocytosis 4) is a Rab3-interacting scaffolding protein of the RIM family, best known for its role in priming synaptic vesicles and supporting calcium-triggered neurotransmitter release, with additional reported involvement in insulin granule exocytosis in pancreatic beta cells. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against human RIMS4 and validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows, making it a useful probe for mapping RIMS4 expression across neural tissue sections and confirming expected band sizes in lysates. The unconjugated Ig fraction is supplied at 100 µl per vial, sufficient for routine probing of multiple blots or a series of stained sections; working aliquots should be refrigerated to preserve activity. Researchers studying synaptic vesicle release, dense-core granule biology, or islet cell signaling will find this antibody a specific reagent for detecting endogenous human RIMS4 protein.
