Anti-RIC8A Antibody

Raised in rabbit and supplied by Antibodies.com, this polyclonal IgG antibody targets RIC8A and is validated for Western blot applications. The unconjugated reagent has been affinity purified and shows reactivity against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 362-531 of human RIC8A (NP_001273063.1). The antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, with a lot-specific concentration. For Western blot, Antibodies.com recommends a working dilution range of 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
