Anti-ribosome binding protein 1 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against ribosome binding protein 1 (RRBP1) using a recombinant protein fragment corresponding to a region within amino acids 750 and 957 of the human target. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, affinity-purified preparation in 1X PBS with 40% glycerol (pH 7.0) and 0.01% thimerosal added as a preservative, presented in a 100 µl volume. It is validated for Western blot, immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded tissue (e.g. OVCAR3 xenograft at 1:500), and confocal immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) on methanol-fixed HeLa cells, with a recommended western blot dilution of 1:1000 against samples such as Hep G2 whole-cell lysate separated on 7.5% SDS-PAGE. Reactivity is reported for human samples, and the antibody reacts with an antigen commonly referenced by aliases including 180 kDa ribosome receptor homolog, ES/130-related protein, KIAA1398, ribosome receptor protein, and RRBP1.
