Anti-ribosomal protein S10 Antibody

Affinity-purified polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against ribosomal protein S10 (RPS10), a core constituent of the 40S ribosomal subunit required for ribosome assembly and cytoplasmic protein translation. The antibody is supplied as an unconjugated, 100 µl liquid aliquot and is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry workflows on human samples.

RPS10 localizes to the head region of the small ribosomal subunit, and altered expression of this protein has been reported in Diamond-Blackfan anemia and other ribosomopathy contexts, making it a relevant marker for studies of ribosome biogenesis, translational control, and hematopoietic stress responses. The reagent performs on standard immunoblotting and chromogenic IHC protocols with suggested starting dilutions in the 1:200 to 1:1000 range depending on detection chemistry and sample preparation.
