Anti-Ribosomal Protein L7 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against Ribosomal Protein L7, a component of the 60S large ribosomal subunit, and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen (a synthesized peptide derived from the C-terminal region of human Ribosomal Protein L7). Supplied at a concentration of 1 mg/ml in a 50 µl volume as a liquid formulation in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, the unconjugated antibody is of the IgG isotype and is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA applications. It reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and detects endogenous levels of the Ribosomal Protein L7 protein.
