Anti-Ribosomal Protein L30 Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against the C-terminal region of human Ribosomal Protein L30 and is supplied at a working concentration of 1 mg/mL. The antibody is provided unconjugated in a liquid PBS buffer containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide, and is offered here in the 50 µl size, with the option to order a 100 µl format. It is recommended for Western blot, immunohistochemistry and ELISA workflows, and has been validated to react with samples from human, mouse, rat and monkey origins. IgG-class immunoglobulin is purified from rabbit antiserum through epitope-specific affinity chromatography, allowing sensitive detection of endogenous levels of the 60S ribosomal subunit protein L30. For best results and long-term stability, the antibody is shipped at 4 °C and, once delivered, should be aliquoted and stored at -20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
