Anti-RHOT2 Antibody

A polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com targets RHOT2, also referred to as MIRO2. It is raised in rabbit, is of the IgG isotype, and is supplied unconjugated as a liquid preparation.

Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. It was generated against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 340-550 of human RHOT2 (NP_620124.1), and the antibody is associated with a molecular weight of 80 kDa.

Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500-1:1,000, IHC 1:50-1:200, and ICC/IF 1:50-1:200. The reagent is affinity-purified and supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.05% Proclin 300. It is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery, aliquot and store at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
