RHOT1, also known as Miro1, is a mitochondrial outer-membrane GTPase essential for axonal transport of mitochondria, calcium-dependent regulation of mitochondrial motility, and mitophagy. This rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is validated for western blot and immunohistochemistry, supporting studies of mitochondrial dynamics, microtubule-based trafficking, and PINK1/Parkin-mediated mitophagy pathways in human, mouse, and rat samples.
Supplied as 100 µl of a 1 mg/ml solution in PBS containing 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, the unconjugated antibody gives researchers flexibility to pair it with their preferred secondary reagents for chemiluminescent, fluorescent, or chromogenic detection. For best results, store at -20 °C in small working aliquots, protect from light, and limit freeze-thaw cycles to preserve binding activity across repeated western blot and IHC experiments.
