Description
Rabbit polyclonal antibody targeting RHOQ, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB) applications. Reactivity has been confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The antibody is raised in Rabbit hosts and provided at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human RHOQ, and the polyclonal antibody detects endogenous levels of RHOQ protein, which has a molecular weight of ~20 kDa.
The reagent is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
