RHOQ (also called TC10) is a small GTPase of the Rho family that couples insulin signalling to GLUT4 glucose transporter trafficking and reorganises the cortical actin cytoskeleton in epithelial and neuronal cells. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal reagent from antibodies.com was raised against RHOQ and is validated for Western blot detection of the endogenous GTPase in human, mouse and rat samples.

Each vial contains 100 µl of antibody at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) at approximately pH 7.2, with 0.05% sodium azide added as a preservative. The polyclonal preparation presents multiple epitope specificities across RHOQ, supporting studies of protein expression, subcellular redistribution to plasma-membrane lipid rafts, and effector engagement in insulin-responsive and neuronal model systems.

Suggested uses include Western blot analysis of RHOQ/TC10 levels in adipocyte, muscle and neuronal lysates, co-immunoprecipitation with reported partners such as Exo70 and CIP4, and probing of cell signalling pathways that govern GTPase activation, membrane targeting and cytoskeletal dynamics. The unconjugated format lets researchers couple the antibody to their preferred HRP, biotin or fluorophore label for Western blot, immunofluorescence or pull-down workflows.
