RHOH (Ras Homolog Family Member H) is a small GTPase in the Ras superfamily that regulates hematopoietic signaling, T-cell receptor signaling, and lymphocyte adhesion. This unconjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against RHOH and supplied in a 100 µl format, validated for western blot (WB) and immunofluorescence (IF) applications.
RHOH is expressed primarily in hematopoietic lineages and has been studied in the context of T-cell development, immune receptor signaling, and certain hematological malignancies. The reagent recognizes human, mouse, and rat RHOH, enabling cross-species experimental design in cell line panels, primary lymphocyte preparations, and tissue sections. As a polyclonal reagent, it offers epitope diversity useful for detecting full-length protein and potential isoforms in lysates from lymphoid origins.
The unconjugated format supports flexible downstream labeling, allowing researchers to pair the antibody with their preferred secondary reagents for chromogenic, fluorescent, or chemiluminescent detection in research use only applications.
