Anti-RHOF Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody to RhoF (RHOF) available through Antibodies.com. The unconjugated IgG reagent is validated for Western Blotting (WB) and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

It was raised against a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 40–120 of human RHOF (NP_061907.2) and is purified by affinity chromatography. The target protein has a reported molecular weight of 27 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. The manufacturer recommends a WB dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000.

The antibody is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C on arrival, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
