Anti-Rhodopsin (L328) Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com as part of their Primary Antibodies range, this polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit and targets Rhodopsin, with the immunogen being a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 301-350 of Human Rhodopsin. The antibody is unconjugated and supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2.

It is validated for use in Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of Rhodopsin protein.

The antibody has a molecular weight of approximately 42 kDa and is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
