Anti-RHOD Antibody

From Antibodies.com, a rabbit polyclonal antibody targets RHOD (RhoD). The unconjugated IgG reagent is affinity-purified and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. It was raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–200 of human RHOD (accession NP_055393.1). The product is supplied as a liquid targeting a protein of 23 kDa, formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) with 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal. Recommended dilutions are WB 1:500–1:2,000, IHC 1:50–1:200 and ICC/IF 1:50–1:200. The antibody is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
