Anti-RHOC Antibody - Identical to Abcam (ab180785)

This rabbit polyclonal IgG antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated liquid reagent, targets RhoC. It is validated for Western Blot (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), and it has been KO validated. The antibody is reactive with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein corresponding to amino acids 1–193 of human RhoC (NP_001036144.1), and the target protein has a reported molecular weight of 22 kDa. Recommended working dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:100 for IHC, and 1:50–1:100 for ICC/IF. The reagent is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide, and is purified by affinity chromatography. It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20°C on receipt, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
