Anti-RHOC Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal reagent targets the Rho-related GTP-binding protein RhoC (RHOC), also known by the synonyms ARH9, ARHC, h9, and Rho cDNA clone 9. Raised against recombinant human RHOC protein and affinity-purified using the immunogen, the unconjugated antibody is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol. Validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), the antibody detects endogenous levels of total RHOC protein in human, mouse, and rat samples. The reagent is shipped on wet ice at 4 °C and should be aliquoted upon arrival for storage at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. Representative applications demonstrated on the supplier page include Western blot analysis of A549 and NIH3T3 cell lysates, as well as immunofluorescence imaging of HeLa cells with DAPI used as a nuclear counterstain.
