Anti-RHOB Antibody

Antibodies.com offers this primary antibody raised in rabbit as a polyclonal reagent targeting RHOB. It is supplied unconjugated and validated for Western blotting (WB), with reactivity confirmed against human samples.

The immunogen is a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human RHOB, and the reagent is reported to detect endogenous levels of total RHOB protein. It is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a formulation of rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen.

For storage, the product is shipped at 4°C and, upon delivery, should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles to be avoided.
