Anti-RhoA Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against a synthetic peptide derived from human RhoA and is intended for the detection of endogenous levels of total RhoA protein. It is supplied as an unconjugated antiserum in a 50 µl volume and is recommended for use in Western blotting (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) workflows, making it well suited to laboratories profiling Rho GTPase signalling in cell and tissue lysates. The antibody has been validated on human, mouse and rat samples, giving broad cross-species coverage for comparative studies. Each lot is immunogen affinity purified and formulated in phosphate-buffered saline at pH 7.4 (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), containing 150 mM sodium chloride, 0.02% sodium azide as preservative, and 50% glycerol for stability. For routine handling, vials should be shipped at 4 °C and then stored long term at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity. As a polyclonal, unconjugated host-rabbit reagent, it is compatible with standard secondary antibody detection systems and HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated reporters chosen by the end user.
