Anti-RhoA Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody to RhoA, supplied unconjugated as a liquid of lot-specific concentration. The IgG isotype reagent is raised in rabbit and has been validated for Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence (ICC/IF), with reactivity against Human, Mouse, and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to a sequence within amino acids 94–193 of human RhoA (NP_001655.1), and the target protein has a molecular weight of 21 kDa. The antibody is supplied in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% thiomersal, and is purified by affinity chromatography.

It is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at −20°C upon delivery, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Recommended dilutions are 1:500–1:1,000 for WB, 1:50–1:200 for IHC, and 1:50–1:200 for ICC/IF. Three scientific validation images are included.
