Anti-Rho H (M134) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against Rho H (M134) and is supplied unconjugated. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples and is validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 102–152 of Human Rho H. The antibody detects endogenous levels of Rho H protein, with a target molecular weight of approximately 21 kDa.

It is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
