Anti-Rho G (Q132) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody recognises Rho G (Q132) and is supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 100–150 of Human Rho G, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of Rho G protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. Following affinity-purification from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, the purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
