Anti-RHEB Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified polyclonal reagent is raised in rabbit against recombinant human RHEB (Ras homolog enriched in brain) and is intended for the detection of endogenous total RHEB protein. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in a 50 µL volume, formulated in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺) at pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol as a cryoprotectant. The unconjugated antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications and shows cross-reactivity with human, mouse and rat samples, making it suitable for comparative studies across these species. Being a polyclonal, the reagent recognises multiple epitopes on the target, which can be advantageous when analysing expression of the small GTPase in varied sample types. Routine aliquoting and storage at –20 °C is recommended to preserve activity across multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
