Anti-RHD Antibody

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 168-213 of Human RHD. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.3. The target protein runs at a molecular weight of ~45 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
