Anti-RHBT2 Antibody

The antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) application. It was generated against a synthesized peptide derived from the internal region of human RHBT2 and recognizes endogenous levels of total RHBT2 protein. The product is provided at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, with 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
