Description
Polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against RGS4, of the IgG isotype and supplied unconjugated. The reagent reacts with human, mouse and rat samples and is validated for Western blot applications. It detects endogenous levels of RGS4 protein through an epitope-specific immunogen corresponding to residues in human RGS4, and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography.
The preparation is provided at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% Sodium Azide and 50% Glycerol, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 23 kDa.
