Anti-RGS20 Antibody

Raised in rabbit and affinity-purified as a polyclonal reagent, this Antibodies.com primary antibody recognizes Regulator of G-protein signaling 20 (RGS20), also known by the synonyms RGSZ1 and ZGAP1. The unconjugated IgG is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at 1 mg/ml in PBS containing 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, ready for storage at –20 °C with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Validated for Western blotting, it is reactive with human, mouse and rat samples and is recommended at working dilutions of 1:500–1:2,000 for immunoblotting. The immunogen corresponds to a recombinant fusion protein spanning amino acids 1–241 of human RGS20 (NP_003693.2), and the target migrates at the expected molecular weight of approximately 44 kDa.
