Anti-RGS14 Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody targets RGS14 (Regulator of G protein signaling 14), a protein with tissue-enhanced expression in the brain and reported localisation to the nucleoplasm, vesicles, plasma membrane and intermediate filaments. Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody reagent, the unconjugated IgG preparation is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications.

The antibody was raised against a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 230–510 of human RGS14 (NP_006471.2) and was purified by affinity chromatography. The target has a molecular weight of 54 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. It is shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at −20 °C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.

Reactivity has been demonstrated against human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended working dilutions are WB: 1:500–1:2,000 and IHC: 1:50–1:200.
