Anti-RGS10 Antibody

A polyclonal antibody preparation from Antibodies.com raised in rabbit against RGS10, supplied as an unconjugated IgG in liquid form. The reagent is validated for Western blot and immunohistochemistry, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse, and rat samples. The target protein migrates at approximately 20 kDa.

The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 1–181 of human RGS10 (NP_001005339.1), expressed as a recombinant fusion protein. The antibody is affinity purified and provided in Phosphate Buffered Saline, pH 7.3, containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. For Western blot, a working dilution range of 1:500–1:2,000 is recommended, while immunohistochemistry is performed at 1:50–1:200. The product is shipped at 4°C and should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided. Intended for research use only.
