Anti-RGS1 Antibody

The antibody recognises endogenous levels of total RGS1 protein, with the immunogen being a synthesised peptide derived from the internal region of human RGS1. It is supplied at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, formulated as Rabbit IgG in phosphate buffered saline (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. Purification is performed by affinity chromatography from rabbit antiserum using the epitope-specific immunogen.
