Rabbit polyclonal antibody directed against RGN (also known as SMP30), supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated IgG reagent validated for Western blot (WB) use. The antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 1-299 of human RGN (NP_004674.1); the target protein has a molecular weight of 35 kDa. The product is supplied as a liquid at lot-specific concentration in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% Glycerol and 0.02% Sodium Azide, and has been prepared by affinity purification.

Recommended dilution for WB is 1:500-1:2,000. The product is shipped at 4°C; upon delivery it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
