RFTN1 (Raftlin 1) is a lipid raft-associated scaffolding protein implicated in B-cell receptor signaling, innate immune regulation, and microglial responses tied to neurodegeneration. This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com was raised against RFTN1 and is supplied as an unconjugated IgG in a 50 µl vial, validated for western blot detection of endogenous RFTN1 in human, mouse, and rat samples. The unconjugated format allows flexible downstream labelling with HRP or fluorescent secondary antibodies, while the polyclonal IgG backbone provides recognition across multiple epitopes on the target protein. Applications include probing raft-mediated signal transduction, antigen receptor clustering in lymphocytes, and emerging work on RFTN1 expression in Alzheimer's disease pathology.
