Anti-RFP-Tag Antibody

Supplied by Antibodies.com as a primary antibody, this unconjugated Mouse monoclonal antibody (host Mouse, IgG1 isotype) targets the RFP-Tag and reacts with the Tag.

The immunogen is the full length RFP protein. The antibody detects endogenous levels of internal, C-terminal, and N-terminal RFP recombinant proteins.

Validated applications include Western Blot (WB), with Immunohistochemistry (IHC) and Immunofluorescence/Immunocytochemistry (IF/ICC) also listed. The reagent is supplied in phosphate-buffered saline (without Mg²⁺ and Ca²⁺), pH 7.4, containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL. It is purified by affinity chromatography. Storage: shipped at 4 °C; upon delivery aliquot and store at -20 °C, avoiding freeze/thaw cycles, with storage at -20 °C for 12 months from date of receipt also noted.
