RFFL (Ring Finger and FYVE-like Domain Containing E3 Ubiquitin Protein Ligase), also known as CARP-2 or RNF189, is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that regulates apoptosis and modulates TNF receptor signaling. This polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised in rabbit, specifically recognizes human, mouse, and rat RFFL for detection by Western blot. Provided as an unconjugated IgG preparation in a 50 µl vial, the reagent supports studies of endogenous RFFL expression in whole-cell lysates and tissue homogenates. Useful for research into programmed cell death, ubiquitin-mediated protein turnover, and stress-activated apoptosis signaling pathways.
