Anti-RFC2 (T165) Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal reagent from Antibodies.com is raised against the replication factor C subunit 2 (RFC2) and is epitope-specific for the threonine-165 (T165) phospho-region. It is supplied as a 50 µl liquid at approximately 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS), pH ~7.2, containing 0.05% sodium azide as a preservative, and the conjugate is unconjugated for maximum flexibility in downstream detection. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by epitope-specific affinity chromatography, yielding >95% purity by SDS-PAGE, and the host is Rabbit with a polyclonal clonality profile (IgG). It is validated for Western Blotting (WB) at a recommended dilution of 1:500–1:1,000 and detects endogenous levels of the ~39 kDa RFC2 / RFC40 protein.
