Anti-RFA2 (Ab-21) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com targets RFA2, the 32 kDa subunit of Replication Protein A (RPA), raised against the Ab-21 region of the human protein. RPA is the major single-stranded DNA-binding complex in eukaryotic cells and coordinates DNA replication, nucleotide excision repair, and the cellular response to DNA damage, so a reagent that detects RFA2 supports studies of genome stability, checkpoint signalling, and replication stress.
