Anti-Ret (phospho Y905) Antibody

Rabbit polyclonal antibody to Ret (phospho Tyr905), available from Antibodies.com as a primary antibody validated for Western Blot and reactive with human samples. The unconjugated IgG reagent is raised in rabbit and purified by affinity chromatography, and is provided as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.02% sodium azide. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphorylated peptide around Y905 of human Ret (NP_066124.1), with a target molecular weight of 124 kDa. The recommended working dilution for Western Blot is 1:500–1:2,000. The antibody is shipped at 4°C; on receipt it should be aliquoted and stored at -20°C, with freeze/thaw cycles avoided.
